In this verse, moral education is contained. This<br>research is a library research that uses content analysis methods, either by searching, reading, and<br>examining the contents of an article in the form of primary and secondary data sources. Therefore, cooperative learning<br>strategies are structured in an effort to increase student participation, facilitate students with<br>experienced leadership attitudes and make decisions in groups and provide opportunities for<br>students to interact and learn together in different backgrounds. This study aims to prevent<br>radicalism and to instill the values of religious tolerance towards students at SMP Negeri 1<br>Jalancagak. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive type of research.<br>Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects<br>used were PAI teachers and students at SMP Negeri 1 Jalancagak. Like having a work ethic that<br>every PAI teacher must have. Teachers are expected to be able to optimize their abilities to suit the<br>goals of Islamic Education. This study aims to determine the existence of teacher work ethic<br>attitude values based on Surah al Insyiroh verses 1-8 which can be applied by PAI teachers at<br>Cikadu Islamic Vocational Schools in the educational process. In this study the authors used a<br>qualitative case study (Case Study). By using data collection techniques literature study,<br>interviews, field observations, and documentation. The results of this study show that PAI<br>teachers apply work ethic values based on Al-Insyiroh verses 1-8 which have attitude indicators<br>namely, Sincerity, Patience, Optimism, High Motivation, Time Efficiency, Hard Work and<br>Tawakkal. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach, namely research conducted<br>directly in the field to obtain the necessary data and research whose object is the symptoms or events that<br>occur in a community group. with the type of case study research (descriptive). The subjects of this study<br>were teachers and students. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observation<br>and documentation. This study aims to<br>determine the process of learning to read and write the Qur'an using the Achievement Grouping model for<br>fifth grade students at SDN Neglasari. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with the<br>type of case study research (descriptive). The subjects in this study were teachers and students. Data<br>collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The results<br>of research conducted at SDN Neglasari show that: (1) The process of implementing the Achievement<br>Grouping learning model starts from preparation for learning with the teacher opening the lesson, the<br>application of the Achievement Grouping learning model in improving the reading and writing of the<br>Qur'an is carried out according to the steps, and an evaluation is carried out at the end of the lesson by<br>testing students one by one. (2) The results of the implementation of reading and writing the Qur'an show<br>an increase in the enthusiasm of the students. (3) Inhibiting factors and supporting factors that influence<br>student interest in learning are lack of encouragement from the closest people, not getting motivation,<br>family problems, and a bad social environment his. (4) The effectiveness of the Achievement Grouping<br>learning model in improving reading and writing the Qur'an can be seen from students' mastery in<br>learning, the achievement of the effectiveness of student activities, the achievement of the effectiveness of<br>the teacher's ability to manage learning, positive student responses in learning.
