Pengaruh Pembiasaan Shalat Dhuha Terhadap Emotional Quotient Siswa Mi Mq An-Nuur
Abstract
This research is motivated by the students' Emotional Quotient which results in a lack of
concentration in following the habit of Duha prayer. Therefore, with Duha prayer activities at school it is
hoped that it can increase students' Emotional Quotient. This research was conducted at MI MQ An-
Nuur, the type of research used was quantitative research. The method used in this study is the correlation
method. In general, the purpose of this study was to determine the habituation of Duha prayer at MI MQ
An-Nuur, students' Emotional Quotient, and the influence of the habituation of Duha prayer on students'
Emotional Quotient at MI MQ An-Nuur. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained and
proven through the product moment correlation technique that there is an influence between the habituation
of Duha prayer on the emotional quotient of students at MI MQ An-Nuur, this can be seen from the results
of a simple linear regression analysis that has been carried out through the SPSS 22 program, the results
obtained that of 28 respondents. In the coefficients table, it is known that tcount of Duha prayer is greater
than ttable (2.586 > 1.706). So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that Duha prayer has
an effect and increases the emotional quotient of students at MI MQ An-Nuur. To find out the magnitude
of the influence between Duha prayer and students' emotional quotient, it can be seen in the model
summary table by looking at R Square = 0.205 or 20.5%. So the influence of Duha prayer in increasing the
emotional quotient of students at MI MQ An-Nuur is 20.5% in the weak category.
