Analisis Nilai-Nilai Sikap Etos Kerja Guru Berdasarkan Surat Al insyirah Ayat 1 - 8
Abstract
That is, there are many PAI teachers who only rely on their intelligence in educating.
Without balancing with matters relating to the educational process. Like having a work ethic that
every PAI teacher must have. Teachers are expected to be able to optimize their abilities to suit the
goals of Islamic Education. This study aims to determine the existence of teacher work ethic
attitude values based on Surah al Insyiroh verses 1-8 which can be applied by PAI teachers at
Cikadu Islamic Vocational Schools in the educational process. In this study the authors used a
qualitative case study (Case Study). By using data collection techniques literature study,
interviews, field observations, and documentation. The results of this study show that PAI
teachers apply work ethic values based on Al-Insyiroh verses 1-8 which have attitude indicators
namely, Sincerity, Patience, Optimism, High Motivation, Time Efficiency, Hard Work and
Tawakkal. The values of the attitude of the work ethic are applied by PAI teachers in everyday life
and with the results of the data obtained from the seven indicators there are indicators that have
not been fulfilled optimally, namely the indicators of time efficiency and high motivation.
